Balvinder Kumar is the Founder and President of the Sustainable and Ethical Travel Tourism Association (SETTA). A retired IAS officer, he brings his experience in public administration and sustainable development to SETTA's mission of promoting responsible and ethical tourism. His work focuses on encouraging tourism practices that benefit local communities, protect the environment and preserve destinations for future generations.
